Q. Why can't I see my pictures on assignment/quiz?

Please make sure you are using either Google Chrome (preferred) or Mozilla Firefox.

If you are using either of these browsers and pictures are still not showing, you must disable pop-up blocker.

If this does not resolve the issue, then please send an email to blackboardsupport@gwinnetttech.edu with a screen shot, course name, your student ID, and your name.  It is also helpful to tell us what lesson folder the assignment or quiz is located.
