How to forward Office 365 email to a personal email

Step 1:  Log into your office 365 email

Step 2:  Click setting button        (which will give you a list of options.)

 Step3:  Choose options

This will bring up a new page

 

Step 4:  Make sure ‘account’ is selected on the right, and ‘my account’ is selected in the middle.  On the right hand side, you will see a list of options.  Click on the last option that says ‘forward your email’ (see picture below)

 

 

Step 5:  Type your email address that you would like to forward your emails to in the box below ‘Forward my email to:'

You are also given the option to choose whether or not you would like to keep a copy of the forwarded messages in Outlook Web App

Step 6:  Click ‘Start forwarding’
