If you are getting an error message when you log into Blackboard, the issue can usually be resolved by clearing your cache.  This is a common issue that has been reported. The solution is that you will have to clear your cache on a daily basis otherwise you will continue to get an error message. Please see the video tutorials below for how to clear cache in each browser.

Helpful tips:

Make sure you’re using Chrome or Firefox.
Make sure you use the big blue LOGIN button.
Restart your computer after clearing cache.
Try switching browsers. Switch to either Chrome of Firefox if one doesn't work for you.
