If you are getting an error message when you log into your account, the issue can usually be resolved by clearing your cache. This is a common issue that has been reported. The solution is that you will have to clear your cache on a regular basis otherwise you will continue to get an error message.

To reduce cache, cookies, download history, and browsing history from storing on your browser in the first place, use a private window or use incognito and make sure you are logging out of everything.
