This can happen if Blackboard has stored too many temporary files while you are logged in. To remedy this, you need to clear your internet browser cache of any temporary files.

You need to logout of Blackboard, clear your browser cache of temporary files, then log back in and try again.

The steps for doing this differ depending on which browser you are using to access the internet. You can obtain instructions for clearing your cache by clicking here: How to Clear Cache Google Chrome.

If clearing your cache does not work, you need to shut your PC down (all the way to powering off), wait 30 seconds, then power your PC back up and try again.
