There are different ways to cite an image. It is probably best to check with your instructor about where to place the citation on the slide. Citation information can be placed in a caption under the image, at the  bottom of the slide containing the image or at the end of the presentation.

EasyBib provides a form to help generate the citation. Britannica's ImageQuest Database has a citation tool.

Images from royalty free clip art, such as the clip art available in Microsoft Word or Power Point, do not need to be cited.
