Browse:
Step 1: Go to Grade Center
Step 2: Click on Manage
Step 3: Click on Column Organization (This will bring up a list of items that you can make available in Grade Center and a screen shot of an example is bleow.)
Step 4: Check the boxes that you would like to hide/unhide and click show/hide (shown in picture above at top left)
Step 5: Click submit (located at top right or bottom right)
If you would like to rearrange the items in your grade book in the order you will be grading, do not click submit.
To move an item up/down, Click and hold on the four-directional arrow icon on the left side of the item name then drag the item to the location desired.
After you are completely finished with rearranging and hide/unhide, you will click "Submit".
**NOTE: MAKE SURE YOU CLICK SUBMIT WHEN YOU ARE DONE OR YOUR CHANGES WILL NOT BE SAVED. ALSO NOTE THAT HIDING AN OBJECT IN A GRADE BOOK DOES NOT MEAN IT WILL NOT BE CALCULATED IN THE OVERALL GRADE, IT JUST MEANS THAT YOU AND THE STUDENT WILL NOT SEE IT IN THE GRADE BOOK (SEE "How do I disable an item from the grade book calculations?") Hiding the column will only hide it from yourself.
