Q. How to find a student's last date of activity?

In this case, "activity" is defined as an academic submission, not the last access date. You'll want to find the last date an assignment was submitted.

Instructors can run a report in Blackboard to get this data. The report name is "Student Last Access and Submission Dates." Please see steps below to access this report:

1. Navigate to course

2. Expand Course Tools

3. Click on 'My Reports'

4. Scroll to the bottom under 'Instructor Level Reports- Submissions' and click 'Student Last Acces and Submission Dates

5. Choose the correct Course ID

6. Change Output Selection to CSV

7. Click Submit

NOTE: Discussion Forums are only counted as a grade if the Discussion forum is not called "Ask the Instructor".
