You can submit Sherpa Tickets for I.T. or Facilities by following the steps below:
Click on Outlook
Click the tiny squares that make one square in the top left corner (App Launcher)
Look for SherpaDesk or click All APPS and locate SherpaDesk then click
Choose your account or login
Make sure I.T. is listed at the top left corner or click to change
Click Create New in the top right corner
Then fill out the ticket information
