If you are getting an error message when you log into your account, the issue can usually be resolved by clearing your cache.  This is a common issue that has been reported. The solution is that you will have to clear your cache on a regular basis otherwise you will continue to get an error message. Please see the video tutorials below for how to clear cache in each browser.

Tip:

To reduce cache, cookies, download history, and browsing history from storing on your browser in the first place, use a private window or use incognito and make sure you are logging out of everything.

If clearing cache does not resolve your issue, you will need to contact the Student IT Help Desk.
