You have two options to correct this.

 

Option 1 in Chrome:

  1. Click the 3 dots (customize and control Google Chrome) at the top right corner.

 

  1. Click "Settings"

 

  1. Choose "Privacy and Security" on the right side.
  2. Select "Cookies and other site data.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and "Add" https://bbcollab.com:443 to the list of sites that can always use cookies.  (Note: Please make sure you put it in exactly as https://bbcollab.com:443 or it will not work.)

 

Option 2 in Chrome:

 

If you see the following screen and the icon in the address bar with a little red x, then follow instructions below screen shot.

 

Step1: Click on your initial or picture in the Google Chrome window on the top right

Step 3: A new Google Chrome window will open and you will need to go to gwinnetttech.blackboard.com and login in to Blackboard and navigate to your course again and click on Collaborate Ultra.
