You have two options to correct this.
Option 1 in Chrome:
- Click the 3 dots (customize and control Google Chrome) at the top right corner.
- Click "Settings"
- Choose "Privacy and Security" on the right side.
- Select "Cookies and other site data.
- Scroll to the bottom and "Add" https://bbcollab.com:443 to the list of sites that can always use cookies. (Note: Please make sure you put it in exactly as https://bbcollab.com:443 or it will not work.)
Option 2 in Chrome:
If you see the following screen and the icon in the address bar with a little red x, then follow instructions below screen shot.
Step1: Click on your initial or picture in the Google Chrome window on the top right

Step 3: A new Google Chrome window will open and you will need to go to gwinnetttech.blackboard.com and login in to Blackboard and navigate to your course again and click on Collaborate Ultra.
