The above errors indicate that LockDown Browser cannot retrieve the necessary settings in order for you to begin your exam. The first thing to do is to ask your instructor to "open the LockDown Browser Dashboard for the course".
Please email your instructor to clear the error. Once the instructor clears the error on the instructor's dashboard, you will be able to proceed with taking your test.
