1. Look in Junk/Spam First
- Open your student email in Outlook Web (click the Outlook icon from the Dashboard).

- In the left-hand menu, click Junk Email.

- Search for “do-not-reply@blackboard.com” to see if any messages are there.

2. Add Blackboard to Your Safe Senders List

In Outlook Web, click the ⚙️ gear icon (top right).
- In the left menu, choose Mail → Junk email.

- Under Safe senders and domains, click + Add and enter:
blackboard.com
do-not-reply@blackboard.com

3. Check Mail Rules
- In Outlook Web, go to Mail → Rules.
- Make sure there are no rules moving or deleting Blackboard messages.
