1. When you click on a link in your course content and the page does not load, check the top of the browser window.

You may see a bar across the top of the browser window that says "Firefox prevented this site from opening a pop-up window."

If you see this notification bar, click on the "Options" button to the right of the pop-up notification.

2. A menu will appear underneath the "Options" button.

Click on the option that says "Allow pop-ups and third-party redirects for [website name]" from this menu.

3. After selecting the "Allow pop-ups" option, the pop-up window should now open for you.

If it does not open right away, refresh the page and then try again.

Your browser settings should now allow any pop-ups from the website you were trying to access.
