1. When you click on a link in your course content and the page does not load, check the address bar at the top of the browser window.

There will be a brief notification that says "Pop-up blocked" on the right-hand side of the address bar, as seen in the screenshot below:

However, the text of this notification disappears fairly quickly, and you may only see the pop-up blocked icon on the right-hand side of the address bar.

This icon looks like a window with a diagonal line through it, as seen in the screenshot below.

Click on this pop-up blocked icon on the right-hand side of the address bar.

2. After clicking on the pop-up blocked icon, the "Pop-ups blocked" menu will appear underneath the address bar on the right.

Click on the radio button to the left of the option that says "Always allow pop-ups and redirects from [website name]" in this menu.

The radio button on the left of the "Always allow pop-ups" option will now be selected.

3. Finally, click the "Done" button in the bottom-right corner of the "Pop-ups blocked" menu.

4. Now you will need to refresh the page and then try to access the content again.

Your browser settings should now allow any pop-ups from the website you were trying to access.
