Q. How do I reserve a study room or webcam at the library?

* Please note: Student use is prioritized and therefore only students may make study room reservations. Non-students may use the study rooms on a walk-in basis but will be asked to relocate if students book the same space at the same time. Please note the common areas of the library require no reservation and are open to all users. 

Study rooms and webcams are available by reservation and as available on a walk-in basis. To ensure availability, make a reservation ahead of time on the library website: https://gtclibrary.libguides.com/Home Select the "Make a reservation" button and follow the steps. 

Select "Reserve" to make a new reservation.

Select your location, Lawrenceville or Alpharetta-North Fulton

Select the desired category.

Select show availability.

The calendar screen will display available seats; select the desired space and time slot, submit, and agree to the Terms & Conditions. Complete the booking by filling in name, email and 900#.

When arriving at the library for the reservation, be sure to check-in at the seat with the QR code, or by clicking the check-in option in the email sent earlier confirming the reservation.

*Reservations may be made up to one week in advance.  Study rooms may be reserved for up two hours at a time.  Additional time may be allowed if approved by library staff.
