Gwinnett Tech uses single sign-on to access all accounts such as Blackboard, student email, banner web, eCampus and other apps. This means you only need to log into one place and you'll have access to all your accounts.

You will need to know your GTC student email which follows this format: FLLLLLLxxxx@student.gwinnetttech.edu. (first initial, up to 6 characters in last name, last 4 of student ID number)

Your default password is gtcmmddyy  whic is your 6-digit date of birth, MMDDYY (no dashes or slashes)

 

Once you have logged in, you will be on the landing page with available student apps.

 

Click on the Blackboard icon and you should be logged into Blackboard.

If you are not automatically logged in, you may be prompted to enter your login information again.

When submitting a help request, please include your first and last name, your student ID number, and your student email address so that we can help you more quickly.

In person assistance is also available on the Lawrenceville or Alpharetta campus. Go to the front desk and ask to see the Student IT Help Desk.
