Setup the OKTA verify app

If you are travelling somewhere you cannot get your usual text or phone calls for multifactor authentication it is best to have the OKTA verify app setup before you travel.

You do not need phone service for the OKTA verify app, you can access the app using WiFi.

Use a VPN

You may choose to use a VPN when logging in from outside the country.

The site link below has some information about VPNs. Due to the number of options and configurations Gwinnett Tech does not offer technical support for the use of these tools.
